ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Accessibility Best Practices in Articulate Storyline

Accessibility is a major area of focus for public and private sector organizations across America and globally, but creating training that meets the relevant WCAG guidelines remains a major challenge for course authors.

Simon Taghioff, Director of User Experience at Articulate, will present an overview of accessibility in a training context, screen readers, the WCAG guidelines, and some design considerations for creating training that’s not only technically compliant, but truly accessible to a broad spectrum of learners.

He will talk about how Articulate is helping course authors to make training more accessible. This will include an overview of the changes introduced with the recent overhaul of the accessible course playback experience for Storyline, and Articulate’s product roadmap for 2021.
