ABOUT THE PROGRAM

In-Person ILT vs. Virtual ILT – Which is Better?

During the Pandemic, did your organization experience the “Zoom Boom” for training? From the beginning, 67% of organizations witnessed a sharp increase in the use of Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT). Months later, the mass conversion dropped to 36%. What happened here?

During this unprecedented time, Michael Zosel documented his experiences while delivering two different training courses at Medtronic (Lean Sigma Problem Solving, Project Management 101). Join Michael as he shares what he learned and the before/after data that he collected. The results may surprise you!
