Designing, Delivering, and Learning from Simultaneous ILT & VILT

This interactive session will take us through the brainstorming process that occurred when trying to develop a new approach to training delivery for an organization that had 3 days in which to train 3,000+ users at 70 locations on two new systems.

We will look at:

  • Problem Statement
  • Approach
  • Lessons Learned
  • Q & A Interaction

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Deb Enloe leads PowerObjects’ global education programs, including Change Management, Learning Consulting, and Dynamics 365 University. After experiencing an ERP implementation as an end user more than 20 years ago, she developed a genuine passion for both strategically planning for the culture change organizations face and providing the education and training end users need to succeed.
