Canny Experience: Applying xAPI to Performance Improvement Solutions

xAPI (a.k.a. Tin Can), sometimes called “the SCORM of the future,” is the new standard for automated reporting of the entire range of possible learning experiences. While many presentations and articles have extolled the possibilities of this cutting edge technology, Greg Moore has actually implemented xAPI for performance improvement solutions predicated on the Human Performance Technology (HPT) model. His presentation will draw from his portfolio of projects to elucidate strategy for using xAPI and the challenges of execution.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Greg Moore, Lead Learning Analyst at IDeaS, has over 15 years in developing training and performance solutions for enterprise clients including the areas of pharmaceuticals, automotive, and professional services. Currently Greg is working with analytics on software user behavior to drive performance interventions to improve user experiences.
