Articulate Rise is great for creating well organized informational training. But how do we create something with business impact?

In this session, Lee Engeswick, will share how Radisson Hotel Group Americas used Articulate Rise to create scenario-based training which led to real business results for their Sales team.

Lee is Training Specialist, Learning Experience Designer, and LMS content admin. He partners with business stakeholders to create meaningful and engaging learning experiences which lead to behavior change and business impact.

Lee received his BFA from Minnesota State University-Mankato and his MS in Instructional Design from University of North Dakota. In his free time, Lee participates in the Highland Games Heavy Events and spends his summers at competitions all over the Midwest.
